80% receivers come threaded for barrel, milled for end cap, and  with NEW lower receiver. 
No need to try to piece your original back together.

Both receiver and lower have templates installed for your completion.
Just cut out/drill the templates and weld the receiver to the lower and install your semi-auto guts.
